The health plan issued by China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company (CCIC) is the first comprehensive employee benefit program in China. The purpose of the health insurance plan is to provide employees/individuals with a facility for recovering costs of necessary medical care, up to US $1,000,000 per person per year.

Summary of Benefits

 Ø US$1,000,000 annual maximum per person. No lifetime limit 
 Ø Coverage for both outpatient care and hospitalization
 Ø Emergency medical evacuation and air transportation
 Ø Prescription drugs benefit
 Ø Catastrophic illness (Cancer, Stroke, Heart Attack, Organ Transplant, Coronary
            Artery Disease and Peripheral Vascular Disease)
 Ø Maternity and Infant Care benefits
 Ø Mental health coverage
 Ø Repatriation and Hospice Care
 Ø Therapy 
 Ø    AIDS/HIV coverage (if not a pre-existing condition)

Geographic Coverage Options

 Ø        Worldwide coverage: covers you in any country in the world, including the U.S.
             and Canada
 Ø        International coverage: covers you in any country in the world, except the U.S.
             and Canada; 20% co-pay in HK, the U.K., Switzerland and Singapore; Full 
             coverage in all other areas.
 Ø International Plus coverage: International coverage + Emergency coverage in 
            the U.S. and Canada
 Ø Greater China coverage: covers you in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and
            Taiwan (Only available for mandatory groups of over 20 employees, with some 
            limitations in Hong Kong)
 
 Ø Greater China Plus coverage: Greater China coverage + Emergency coverage 
            outside of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (Only available 
            for mandatory groups of over 20 employees, with some  limitations in
            Hong Kong)) 


Optional

Wellness, dental and vision option are designed for group clients at extra costs after they purchase a health plan. Groups can only purchase the option(s) for the entire staff under the health plan. The geographic coverage of the optional plans will be the same as health plan.

Premier Benefits Package

Premier Benefits Package allows either an individual member within a group or an entire group under a health plan to purchase the package.

 Ø $25,000 Life Insurance Benefit.

 Ø       Choice of $500 or $1000 Dental Benefit.

 Ø       Up to $3,000 Hospital Cash Benefit.

Vision
