Premium Payment

 

If you are the customer of China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd, you can select either to pay by RMB or by U.S. dollar. Please contact your Account Executive or send a request email to enrollment@gbg.com.cn for detailes.

 

Collectible Payment

 

Enjoying our direct billing service, you should meanwhile take responsibility of returning expenses not covered by your policy. Several reasons below result in collectible:

 

Ø        Certain treatment for PE condition is not covered by your health policy.

Ø        Certain treatment for conditions excluded from your health coverage is not covered by your health policy.

Ø        Over-the-Counter drugs are not covered by your health policy.  

Ø        Some groups enjoy a co-payment health policy. If the co-payment was not paid during your visit, we will contact you for the co-payment.

Ø        If the deductible was not paid during your visit, we will contact you for the deductible.

Ø        During your policy year, you might use up the maximum of some benefits. We will contact you for the portion exceeding the maximum of benefits.

 

In these cases, you might receive a collection letter from collection@tiecare.com.cn. Please help to pay the collectible by the deadline written in the letter.
