Once we receive your claim, a notification email from claims@gbg.com.cn will arrive to your designated email address. Complete Claims take 4-6 weeks for reimbursement. Once your reimbursement is transferred to your designated bank account, our Accounting Dept.will send you a confirmation email together with Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
